• mn77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mn77 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the mn77 platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the interface, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event, including chip-dumping in poker or table games, or sharing information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mn77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, even if mn77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. mn77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the calendar month in which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

mn77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. mn77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occasionally affect platform availability; mn77 will endeavour to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses sustained during unavailability.
